Spring 2012 VoxBox- Dr. Scholl's For Her Ball of Foot Cushions Review

The last item that I am review is Dr. Scholl's For her Ball of Foot Cushions. I own plenty of heels and love to wear them. It took me a while to be able to use these because I am working 12-14hr days at a pool and can't really wear heels. I have been just rocking my ballet flat crocs which by the way are amazing and I love. But on with the review, I just finally was able to try these out a week ago when I went out with some friends. They were really easy to put into my heels. I just realized it but I think I may have technically been wearing them wrong but they still worked and felt amazing. I wore them in a pair of about 5inch heels. I did a little bit of everything in them that night (dancing, walking, running, walking through grass). The shoes I wore are pretty comfortable already but after I wear them for a while tend to get a little sore. With these in my shoes I did not seem to notice my feet hurting at all, not even the next day. I love these and will be buying more so I can have a pair in each heels instead of having to move them around and possibly lose one. I give these 5 stars and 2 thumbs up!

Spring 2012 VoxBox- Sally Hansen Salon Effects

Another product that I received in my Spring VoxBox were Sally Hansen Salon Effects Nail Strips. I have seen these before and actually purchased a ton of them when Walgreens had a bunch of clearance and in addition they were buy one get one 50% off. Lets just say I got a bunch of them for pretty cheap. I have had them for months now but just have never given them a shot. Although I already had the design that I received, I was still pleased because well they are pink and I love the color pink. I have not had a chance to try this design on but I did buy a spring/easter set from Target recently that I did give a shot. They were not as easy as I was expecting or had hoped they would be to apply. But they were pretty easy. I am a perfectionist and struggled to make them "perfect: on my nails. I would recommend these to anyone who is not that talented but wants fun designs on there nails. I loved that there was no dry time to these and that they are made from real nail polish. They did take a little more effort then regular polish that you paint on but were not as bad as trying to remove glitter. I would recommend soaking a cotton ball in remover and holding it on the nail for a bit before trying to rub them off. I did apply a clear coat on top of mine so that may have caused it to be more difficult to remove as well. Overall I was pretty impressed with these and since I have a million of them I will be giving them a shot again.

Spring 2012 VoxBox Bath & Body Works Fine Fragrance Mist

I received a Bath and Body Works Fragrance Mist in my Spring VoxBox. I am going to be honest and say I was not really excited about this product at first. I do not care for Bath and Body Works at all. I have a Aunt who for any birthday or holiday always seems to give my sister and I B&BW products. I usually NEVER use them and have a ton of them just sitting in my room at my parents house. I was a bit hesitant to try this at first but I decided to give it a try. WOW is all I have to say. I was so impressed and LOVE the scent. I am very picky on what scents I wear and like. This one is AMAZING. I received Twilight Woods. I could not be any more happier. I will definitely be buying more of this product when I run out. I use it all the time. The bottle is a very generous size and I am sure will last me a long time. I give this product 5 stars and 2 thumbs way up!

Spring 2012 VoxBox- Sheer Cover Duo Concealer

Halloween

As some of you may know I had the privilege of working for MCS as an Office Assistant for a few months while one of the gals was on maternity leave. While I was working up at the office I was asked to be on the United Way Campaign Committee. It was a great time and since Halloween feel on a weekday we were having our campaign kick off that day. I was super excited because we were able to dress up. I had no idea what I wanted to be. I decided on my pirate costume that I had bought a few years back for my Aunt and Uncle’s 4th of July bash. I wanted to do fun pirate themed nails to go along with it but the next thing I know it was ten o’clock the night before and I still had nothing. I went simple and did candy corn nails. I don’t really care of candy corn but these were to simple to pass up. My nails and costume were a hit at work.
